1) Applications
for the job competition can be made by all those who will have graduated,
completed a post graduate specialization or a research doctorate in
a European University between the date of publication of the job competition
and July 2001, with a thesis on Public Teleadministration. The examining
commission referred to in point 4 above reserves the right to extend
the expiry date for the presentation of theses, judging the number and
level of the theses received.
2) All copies
of the degree theses will have to be forwarded in Italian.
3) The degree
thesis should have an interdisciplinary character among administrative
law, science of administration and information technology but it should
also discuss in general terms - with possible reference to a particular
Public Administration the problem of telematic administration
on the basis of the publications on the subjects, the law in force and
the work of the Authority for informatics in Public Administration (AIPA).
Comparisons with alternative solutions with the standards of teleadministration
will also be useful.
4) The assignement
of the awards will take place on the basis of the list made by a commission
consisting of a representative of each of the promoting bodies and a
third member chosen by them.
The chosen degree thesis and also those praiseworthy will be published
on the web if the relevant file is provided.
